High achieving and anxious
Are you the one who holds it all together? The one people turn to at work or in your relationships? Do you feel overextended, burnt out, and constantly in your head? Being the reliable one can make you successful, but it can also impact how you show up and care for yourself.
Maybe you struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, or people pleasing tendencies. You might feel like there is no other choice; this is how you survive and this is what it takes to succeed. And still, you struggle with quieting your mind and being present. It feels difficult to enjoy and connect with all you’ve worked hard to achieve.
Together, we can explore how to quiet the overthinking, heal from burnout and build you a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
You’ve shown up for everyone else. It’s time to show up for you.
My trainings in yoga and in trauma work make me uniquely qualified in exploring how anxiety can impact the body, disrupt the mind-body connection, and leave you feeling overwhelmed and out of control. Our work will blend these tools to bring awareness to how you navigate high pressured roles and relationships, encouraging reflection about how these patterns do and do not serve your overall well being.
In our sessions, we will deepen your ability to listen to your body and explore how these body cues bring a depth of knowledge for what you need to feel your best self. We will explore the anxiety that arises when things do not feel perfect and challenge the patterns that keep you frozen in stress cycles.
We will be curious about the parts of life that feel most overwhelming; understanding where changes can be made, and exploring how it feels when change is not as easily welcomed. Together, we will build you the skills you need to find balance and enjoy the life you’ve worked hard for.
